If you can afford it bro just get some super plasma protein from PF and cap it. its 5g per tsp. But 20-25 g will make any shake taste like shit. its pretty grainy but its SPP so its the best. PF is cheaper than anyone else for SPP I have found.

Ok, so my coach is putting me on strictly hydrolized whey post workout. He says it the only protein that absorbs quick enough to avoid muscle breakdown following training.
What are your favorite brands and is there anywhere selling bulk? 5-10lbs?? And anyone notice a difference using it compared to normal isolate?

I appreciate the input. However he's one if not the best coach in the world. With 100s of not only national level competitors but also Ifbb pros under his belt I believe he knows what he is talking about. And there has been evidence of the breakdown absorption rates, if there weren't why would anyone but the more expensive hydro whey? I was just asking for a good place to buy it cheap in bulk. I'll listen to the Pro Maker about my supplement list before anyone else. Again thanks for taking time to give ur opinion
