If your going to use a fucking computer have a general knowledge of wtf it is and how the internet, laws, govt and life in general works.

First ........ you must have a warant attained after probable cause to do any type of taping on any electonic device.... As per the 1986 ECPA (Electonic Comunication Privacy Act) and first Ammendment. This is assuming this is on US Soil. They must then attach a computer to the ISP....like carnivore ( a packet sniffing program) to intercept specific packets to your adress..from the domain server. Then uncode it using a program like Webscoop..or packscoop. This is assuming they have a warant for a complete tap, then there is a roling tap, a one side tap ( where they may only read the destination ifno who you are comunicating with)...it is complicated...everything must be done within 30 days...unless a judge issues an extension..... It is a tremendous amout of bulshit..and agent has to be ther every 2 days taking out a disk from teh computer at the ISP.....sealign it with a special seal... signing for it ..makign sure it wasnt compromised etc ...takign it to the forensic lab to read what all the packets translate into...... THIS IS FOR 1 person. In this case it is of shore.....international treaties apply...basically like switzerland....that info is non admisable....and illegal for the govt to attain from another sovereign country.
Now as in this case.....the FUCKING SERVER WAS NEVER COMPROMISED.......some jagof happened to hack into the WEB SITE ( ip adress...domain) etc...and then safegaurds kicked in that prevented any trafic just in case......And left a Secret Service Logo...are you fuckign totaly brain dead...secret service going outside its jurisdiction 1000% and then breaking international laws with an openly blazent advertising? If someoen was actually doing this (which is not posible) would they leave their card there. If the ISP is being spoofed by carnivor computer brought by the FBI etc..to the ISP to spy on you under a durect tap, roling, single or both sided..depending what authoriuzation they have.....it is dont in a way that..you would not notice or any other perosn on the. network...NOT TO MENTION READING EVERYBODYS INFO....DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW THE INTERNET AND CPUS WORK? Let me guess...you just know....Start up ..youve got mail and shut down.....
Now...even though some idiot managed to briefly hack into the Domain server ( ip adress) this is not shit.....this is not where the 2048 bit encrypted info is stored.....
There is no FUCKING WAY to acces that info by any fucking body other than YOU period......END OF STORY....Hushmail uses somethign similar to PGP..........but better...( 4 Seperat keys are ENCRYPTED..if you look at it like this... includign authentication to make sur edata wasnt changed in the streaming process....during server transfer..and in route.. it uses a RTC protocol a...tha tdetermiens the corect amout of bits ..plus the Cylyndrical value...PLUSS CHECKS FOR THE SERVERS DIGITAL SIGNATURE ( which in itself is encrypotd)
Yuu have a public key...(encrypted) ...a private key( which is changed each time it iss sent ) and always encrypted...and it send oout a new key each time as your AES(encrypted)......its a complicated procedure....READ THE WAY HUSMAIL WORKS THE SIMPLE VERSION YOU WILL HAVE SOME IDEA.....the only way to break this is to set up a computer such as the pentagon has....and spend SHITLOADS OF TIME CRACKING 1 account.... Not only would this Violate the constitution, jurisdiction, ECPA, and international treaties but would cost the govt in the hundreds of thousands.
Another note.....About people that may say well the patriot act....info gathered under tha patriot act is only admisible in the case that you are a terrorist.
One more thing....are you people that fuckign stupid...that you dont know what the secret service does...? Protect the president, Monitor the SEC ( security exchange commision) and make arrests, enforce anti-counterfit efforts etc. via the Dept of Treasury, Stop-child pornography and traficking. THATS IT!

SO FUCKING REMEMBER NO HACKER IS EVER GOING TO HACK INTO AND READ YOUR DAMN EMAIL....HUSMAIL IS UNBREAKABLE UNLESS THE NSA OR CIA IS GOING AFTER YOU...which in that case you are screwed and deserve to be as you are probibaly not the best person.....unless the Govt wants you bad.....(your osama binladen or operative agent) they are not goign to be wasting man hours and hundreds of thousands Cryptograh cracking ...of shore encrytion and putign a liability on them.
If the govt wants you they will have a easy time with you newbies who know nothing about computers. They can see all your activities etc...if you dont know how you are working. They would do any operation to gain evidence on the ISP..see what you are typing ( assuming you dont have VPN..virtual privat enetwork encrypted). They might install a bug in your cpu loging each key you press..that would be much easier and legal assuming they have a warant. Remember anybody reading encryption just sees random Hexagonal paterns with no intrinsic value ...for example a multiplier of 146 of an intrinsic value of a certain number like 1,058 (to the eighth)would produce a 9,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 posibilities. (just a random number).
I promise i will try to find and atricle to explain to you guys how the internet works, and about Encrypption. If one good thing may come out of this post ...i hope its knowledge..and enlightement.
