Stone Cold Steve Austin won it, but wasn't there to accept it. According to Vince McMahon, he wasn't invited. Personally, I would have loved to have seen Bret Hart win, and be there to accept it.

Austin is in talks with WWE again. So you can expect him to feud with Vince over not being invited. This is why Vince is already back on air again.

Don't know what you guys are talking about since I don't follow wrestling anymore, but since you are talking about superstar of the decade, Hogan should definitely have been considered for such an honor and Bret Hart should have probably taken it. All Austin has done is gone from heel to face more times than I can count and contribute to the acceptibility of cursing on network television. People throw "ass" and "bitch" around like it's "hello" and "goodbye" now.

I was flipping through the channels earlier and saw some RAW anniversary thing or something on TNN. I was quite amused to see "WWF" video distorted in one of the video clips - LOL how pathetic.
