Should I...

Should I switch this to three days a week? It seems like I'm doing alot of exercises in one day (8 on one day, 7 on another) Should I divide them up and do 5 a day or is this fine?

IMO You should switch to 4 days a week. Work 1 or 2 mucsle groups a day, MAX. What is grip machine and neck? how do you do 5 necks? haha. You should go to the training board, you won't get very many responses on this board. Do searches on other peoples routines and remember your muscles groups are bis, tris, back, shoulders, legs, and chest you need to work each with 2-5 excersices. Good luck and post this on the training board.

I would go to www.ast-ss.com and sign up for the Max-Ot program. It's free and IMO it is one of the best workout shedules I have ever used. It also has a sample mass diet as well. Good luck!

new jack, bigpoppa's got some good advice for you.

Also, don't even worry about forearm and neck exercises right now. Work on the basics. Once you get your mass where you want it, then work on crap like your rear delts and brachialis.

Squats, Chins, bench should form the backbone of your workout. You might wanna look into 20 rep squats. Don't do lat pulldowns behind the head, that's bad form. The bar should be pulled to about your sternum (the bottom of your chest).

I highly recommend 'Beyond Brawn' by Stuart McRoberts. Good book with some very good advice on working out and such. It's the sequel to 'Brawn'.

Also, get in there workout and leave. It ain't no aerobic session. You should be able to get outta there in 45 minutes. Ok, well maybe an hour if that hottie is on the stair stepper, and she's facing away from you, and is wearing that purple thong on top of her black lycra/spandex...

What was I saying? Sorry, lost my train of thought for some reason. :)

How does the w/o look?

Well get in the gym and give it a try. If it works for you then it's looks f**ing awesome.

If it doesn't, then it looks like a bag 'o shite.

Were all different, give it a try Good luck bro.

So you guys think I'm making a wise decision by waiting some time before I take the dbol I had. I feel like I'm doing the SMART thing by doing that.
