How's Gakic?

KIAN said:
If you really want to waste your money, you would be better off waiting until next year when MuscleTech will likely bring out a new, enhanced form of GAKIC called GAKIC-C.

It will be promoted as being able to reduce fatigue, increase energy levels, and increase strength at much greater levels than regular GAKIC. It will also have the added bonus of giving your muscles a pump as well as being great in preventing a post-cylce crash. The reason for all this will be the result of an added ingredient ... Methionine.

The current version of GAKIC is glycine and arginine. So the New GAKIC-C will be glycine, arginine and methionine.

The reason it will be called GAKIC-C is because glycine, arginine and methionine are the three components of CREATINE.

Since it is a MuscleTech product, expect to pay upwards of 100 (US$) for a bottle of creatine ... oops, I mean GAKIC-C. Expect GAKIC-Cmd to follow a few years later with even better promises as the 'md' stands for maltodextrin and dextrose.

Well, in all fairness, I have to say that I ended up with the flu last week & maybe my 'results' from the first two doses of Gakic were related to that. I'm feeling better this week & will give it another try.

OK...I'm recovered from the flu & went back to work Monday. Just to make sure, I waited until today (Thursday) to give Gakic another try & I must say that my original assessment of this supplement holds up...it is def a waste of money & did absolutely NOTHING for me. I would recommend against anyone else wasting their money on it.
