Im not training for PL comps. Heh, Id be taking up good space 
It would be a dream to have acess to a place with all that sort of equipement.
Once i finish school and get my life in order, id like to rent out maybe 800-1200 sq ft of cheap real estate in an old plaza or industrial park and set up a gym with all the good equipement. I dont even think I would be trying to make money just break even. Like a co-op or something.
