I used to be one of those people who never trained on the weekend but I started training on Saturday and Sunday. I found that it was nice. The gym is usually very empty, especially early in the morning, so I took a liking to doing it.
I would like to switch that up, though, and start training during the week. Do you guys usually like to hit the gym early in the morning during the week? Is it less packed because my gym usually gets packed after work?
