Curious to hear some stories about how you approach your gym grind
do you like to go in there angry ready to kill it?
Or do you like to go in there and be chill and mellow?
Not sure how emotions can be good or bad?
Bros, you are the best. I like this question. I think I'm a little bit of both. I can definitely get angry in the gym, especially if it's a powerlifting day. I'm going heavy.
I like to pump some music, and that really gets me going. It really affects my emotions. If I'm going for more of a light day or stretching, I'll get more mellow.
