Hey folks, I am going in a cruise but I hate that, it means I will not make a single gain for maybe a year. How do I know I can blast safely ?
Please don't tell me the stupid bullshit rule of time on + pct = time off this hasnt any sence.
I think the only 3 concerns are liver lipids and the heart.
liver and lipids you can see oin the bloodwork if HDL is ok and LDL is also ok. Liver enzymes like AST ALT you can also see them in a bloodwork.
But what about the left ventricular hypertrophy ? My heart scared me during my last deca cycle. Sometimes I had a really bad feeling and pain in the left arm like I was having a small heart attack.
Does cardio and 1 year OFF gear is ok to be sure I can blast again ?
