how to train with a broken arm?

Hi.
I got a broken arm (right arm). i can only go very very light with it. but i'd like to work the left side just as hard as i did before i broke my arm. so what can i do for left chest, left shoulder, left bi-/triceps? when i for example do flies with 1 arm, it somehow seems pretty hard because there is no real balance. the same for dumbbell bench presses with just the left arm.
is there anything i can do to intensively train the left side with a broken right arm?

I would take some time off....it won't kill you. If you train the left side intensely for 6-8 weeks and do nothing for the right it may lag behind.....you can still do legs and I would go light on upper body machines that don't require a grip.....

i wouldnt work out at all if i was you.......start lifting again moderate weight about a month after its competely healed. If you move the bones out of place during the healing process it'll really fuck you up. They're gonna end up putting a metal rod in your arms after that just to fix the damage you cause by putting stress on a broken arm. Happened to one of my friends.

they already did put a metal rod inside my arm because it was very complicated. is is already complety healed, but the metal rod is still inside my arm and it's gonna be in there for 1 year...
i have to work out because i lost 8lbs while i was in hospital and in the time after..
and i also want to train upper body because this is most important for me

DONT train your formerly injured arm. It'll just cause problems.

Studies have shown that training your non-injured arm will actually stimulate your injured arm (electrical impulses, etc.).

Here are exercises you can do with one arm:
Rows
Cable Pressdowns
Overhead Triceps Extensions
Curls

The list goes on and on. Take it easy though.
