How to take supplements. Help!!

I've always taken protein drinks, pre work out drinks, recovery drinks, creatine, and died pills. Sometimes at the same time. Every time I go replenish I ask the clerk if either one of this supplements counteract each other but all I hear is no... is this true???
 
i'd lay off the died pills bro,

i wouldn't take diet pills and pre workouts at the same time
 
Most diet pills contain stimulants as so preworkouts. You do NOT want too much caffeine in your body at one time or for that matter any stimulant. It releases the stress hormone in your body which increases bodyfat and muscle loss. Just take it easy and read about everything you put into your body.

Def good advice on the fat burners and pre workouts. To much caffiene can be harmful. I have learned that to much of even good things can be counter active. Now normally I will take a protein shake and ammino's right after workung out. I'll take the creatine before and post. Daily vitamins or other staples are just during the day, but right after working out you must consume a good source of protein and ammino's. I belive it helps me recovery quicker, and I feel at my best. Just remember supps are here for us to aid, diet and training are first.
 
Damn bro idk how you take a preworkout and diet pills at the same time without puking that shit up or being so jittery your able to lift
 
You think I would but I don't get jittery. But I have stopped my pre workout drink and just kept the diet pills for now. I am more interested in losing weight at the moment.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I wake up, take my two caps of beastdrol, sip my BCAAs during my workout, then take my creatine mono hydrate and protein immediately after. No real need for stimulants outside of thermos if you ask me.
