Def good advice on the fat burners and pre workouts. To much caffiene can be harmful. I have learned that to much of even good things can be counter active. Now normally I will take a protein shake and ammino's right after workung out. I'll take the creatine before and post. Daily vitamins or other staples are just during the day, but right after working out you must consume a good source of protein and ammino's. I belive it helps me recovery quicker, and I feel at my best. Just remember supps are here for us to aid, diet and training are first.
