i hate to break your heart but if you are 'dieting' you need to learn how to be hungry
we have a tendency in today's society to think that every time we get hungry we need to run and eat something. food companies love that shit
my advice is drink a lot of liquids, that will fill up your stomach. getting up at night to eat food is the dumbest thing you can do.. your digestive system needs a break and the only time you give it a break is at night while you sleep. and you are ruining that!
