1. Stop putting in more than your body needs or it will back up.
2. Stop putting crap in and expecting result.
3. Start tracking what you are putting in your body.
4. Get an exercise program that meets your goals. Set goals. Small goals are even ok.
From here you have a foundation. Then and only the can you start to make changes and getting solid advice. Learn how your body works. Not everyone can do the same thing and get same results.
