does anyone know if they check your bags when you go in? or are there also shops you can go to? cos i was told the food was lousy and minimal (3x a day ugh)

but also becos u dont do any weights... is there anyway i can make a substitute for the weights? (i couldnt think up the proper word for it).. like do different kind of pushups on some nights.. like do exercises which i can do in my room working most of my body parts which would then minimise the muscle loss?

If I were you bro I wouldnt even sweat it. Focus on the job ahead. There is always time to get back into the gym once this phase is complete. If this is what you really want to do then go for it and worry about the other stuff later. I am facing the same type thing pretty soon and I too was worried about this. I sat down and thought about it and came to the conclusion that this is more important to me than losing a few pounds of muscle and strength. Muscle memory will kick in fast once you start back training, it will be well worth it in the long run. And from what I know yes they check your bags.
