how to grow the biceps

I was banging this chick the other day and she kept grabbing my biceps which really gave me an ego boost. after 45 seconds of fun i asked her if she likes guys with big arms and she smiled and said yes before giving my bicep a kiss. Now I am motivated to grow them like I grow weed, how do i get them as big as Rich Piana?

biceps are a genetic thing and my best strategy to grow mine are weighted pullups and gymnastics.

Don't overthink it. Just continue to train them 1-2x per week and focus on the heavy compound movements like barbell curls and pull-ups.
