How Swore Do Your Legs Get?

It's always a hoot when they're SO sore that when you go to sit on the toilet, you fall from the half-way point and you swear the plumbing's going to rip out of the wall.

haha, i hate that, it hurts yer legs so bad to sit down on the shitter that it takes longer to sit down then it does to actaully take the shit. cant wait for legs tommorow

did legs yesterday and it was a horrible experience

ate a sloppy chicken parm sub before so was farting the whole time and holding back shits

then at the bottom of one of my squats i sneezed and almost died, had to good morning the weight back into position

leg day is great but always better when its behind you
