Use KY-jelly on a finger first. Start by "rimming" her which means go around her sphincter and then gently insert a fingertip, slighlty twisting and going slow. Then start be inserting more of a finger. Go wash hands. Come back and put KY jelly on you and gently and slowly insert it...I mean slowly. Also, she will like it better if you stroker her slowly - don't just pump away or you will never get it again! Best position is on all fours (doggie) or her laying on her stomach.
