Does anyone have a link to explain how they make protein powders and how they get all the good stuff in there. did they ever have one on that How its made Show?? Thats something i was always curios about.

The other day I got big props for buying met rx @ 24hr fitness.

I told the trainer that that was not me buying the met rx - that stuff is s total waste of money.

So he asked me if I "make my own protein or what?"

I loudly told him "I only make protein for women."

depends on the protein and brand. i have read how two different companies make the "same" protein differently. did u have something particular in mind?

I was thinking more of a video like that show "How its Made" They show the whole process of how something is made from raw materials to final product. no protein or brand paticular in mind. Maybe i just write the show. Tell em Elite Fitness wants to know.
