Monday - 15-20 mins cardio, biceps and back
Tuesday - Triceps, chest and abs
Weds - 15-20 min cardio, Legs and shoulders
(cardio every other day, abs every other day)
Then repeat the cycle. I have 1 day off (sunday) so i can train each group twice a week. Max out in your workouts. Go to failure each time.Hope that helps
