It depends what your goals are typicaly for regular training I am not in the gym more then 45 for lifting and do a max of 45 minutes cardio. My compatition training is a whole diffrent story I live in the gym right now.

I'm in the gym Monday - Friday. Three days for weights, two days for cardio. I've just started carb cycling, and my workouts the day after a no-carb day (I go to the gym in the AM) are suffering. I need a new schedule soon.
