IMO i would do the 1rm first week, then 3 rep max, then 5 rep max if you want to do the same exercise three weeks in a row. but still recommend changin everyweek

What I consider MM ME day is their Saturday. I've taken the close grips and alternate them with chains or bands, and the boards or rack lockouts I may alternate with floor presses depending what the day feels like, or if I feel I'm burning out on that particular exercise.
For their Tuesday's, I don't change anything except the decline. Unfortunately I don't have access to one, or an incline for that matter.

I have read many of your posts and consider you as one of the more knowledgable members of this great board. I've learned alot and hope to share with others what I have found works for me.

becuase you will get burnt out on the exercise and you wont lift as much for 1 rep as you can if you do it in the 3rd week. you should alternate each week

essentially yes. every once in a while we will do something for triple if we are beat up or what not. or right after a meet we usually do triples of fives for a few weeks. but in general i do a 1rm each week.
