How often do you change your ME move?

hey man, i change mine every week. They say beginners can change every 3 weeks...I didn't like doing the same move 3 weeks in a row. So i just switched it up weekly and its been working out great. Do you set prs each week on the same excercise? if not its time to switch up weekly
 
I started MM a couple months back and I found switching ME every two weeks seems to be my sweet spot for continuous strength gains.
 
Your body will get overtrained if you stay with the same movement continually, therefore you change the movement kepping your body fresh.

I didn't see that MM has ME days or switches exercises. That's not what they preach on their website.

what are the diffrent max effort movments that you would use to help with bench press?

the main movements i rotate are
2 or 3 board press
reverse band press (either blue of green)
floor press
carpet press

all can be done with different variations of grip, chains, bands, reps.

these aren't the only ones i do just the ones i rotate most frequently becuase i feel the make me stronger.
