lol, i get what your getting at bro. I have the omega plan. This is what I was thinking of mixing in with HST actually.
dam bro i wish i'd known that before i wrote that long ass post lol!
use the strategic deconditioning from the HST every 6 weeks.
use the training split from omega, not HST.
stick with 3 on 1 off for mass and 2 on 1 off for cut and polish.
incorporate a power phase for 4 weeks, and do this every 6 months.
revert to a 3 set schema 15-10-(5-7) burn, sub failure, faiure.
and stick to the principal of slow, strict reps even when in the 5
rep faiure mode.
there's a place for cheating, usually in a latter phase. cheating being defined
as: one or two reps past faiure, perfomed using assisting muscle group.
no momentum!!!!
