I am curious to know how much water I should be consuming. I find it hard to consume more than a couple litres a day but my family says I need to be drinking more! What’s the optimal amount to be drinking daily?
if you are like me and have a very healthy body you can get away with much less water then someone who has a toxic body. also depends on where you live, if you live in a hot climate where you sweat obviously you need more water. those in cold climates might not drink very much at all
