stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Aug 6, 2018 #3 when you drink water you help flush out dead cells and toxins. the direct benefit though to losing weight is you aren't drinking other shit like sports drinks, sugary coffee, soda, etc. you will need to do more then just drink water though.
