how much protien do you take in while on cycle?
how much protien do you take off cycle?
how much protien can the body digest in one sitting?
how long does you body need to digest a serve of protien?
what type of protien powders do you use and why?
how much is too much?

i see a lot of people say 2.5g per lb body weight but i want to hear what you all are eating and your opinions theories etc.

please discuss

I actually want to know how someone goes about eating 350g of protein in a day without consuming multiple protein drinks? I also heard that your body can only process 30-40g of protein for meal so anything more is excreeded from the body

350+ was my answer. How do you consume 350+ per day without alot of protein drinks? Chicken and fish bro! Protein drink in am, Post workout and before bed. 7 meals a day. Grilled chicken for lunch, snacks and dinner. Fish sometimes substituted. And I firmly believe that the body on AAS can certainly digest alot more protein than 30 to 40gms per meal.

I don't know honestly it would be hard for me to hit 350g+ ED... I can probably hit 250g ish and I do eat a lot of tuna/salmon/chicken. In fact its pretty much in 4-5 of my meals everyday but I have added it all up before and I don't get 350g ED... Although I am not taking AAS now either but when I do should I really need that much more protein?

I don't do it without consuming a lot of protein drinks. And the 30-40g of protein per meal is a myth.

imho YES SIR! Aas helps the body process the protein, protein synthesis, for muscle growth. Your protein intake has to increase for growth. Eat when you hungry, eat when your not hungry. Once you get used to it for me it got easier.

Ginger root is good for protein digestion if that's a problem.

i looked into that and it sounds like it would be well worth a try. people claim that it keeps the protien in the gut longer therefore giving your body more time to digest.

also people claim that it cures "protien gas"

ginger is also an antioxidant and is good for lipid support
best of all it is super cheap

i will be picking up some on my next shop

My last bulk I was eating 7000cals and 690 grams of protein per day with 150 grams coming from shakes. I basically had a pound of meat/fish or chicken for 5 meals every 2.5 hours. Everything digested nicely with no gas or bloating but i had to hit the toiled 4-5 times a day and I had to drink about 3 gallons per day. I went from 200 to 265 on that cycle by the way and kept all of it in the end. There is never too much protein.

does anyone know how much we can digest per meal and how long does it take to digest the said protien

This is a question with too many variables ie- how much lean muscle tissue the person carries, how hard they train, how efficient there individual body can digest proteins, what kind of proteins (some digest better then others)
Its not really possible to answer.
I eat 75-100 grams of protein per meal, it works for me

one serve of protien from a supp shake is usually 30 - 40 g of protien

is it normal for you guys to double up servings because you feel you need more than a single serve per sitting

I was hesitant to give numbers because it is different for everyone. Personally, I don't go higher than 60g and no lower than 40g per meal based on my experiences.
You should be able to tell by experimenting. Try taking in 100g of protein per meal for 3 consecutive meals, 2-3 hours apart. You will be able to tell if you are digesting or not based on how often you have to shit.
Try this before and during your cycle. Also, try this with and without ginger root. You should have a good understanding of your body if you try this for a week or so.

Definitely bro! I always put two scoops at minimum in the protien shake for 56gms of protein per shake.

I usually just use my PTOR( BWx1.818) if I am dieting or not on gear. If Im on gear I really vary it a bit depening on what I am taking. 2-3.5G per lb of LBM is my guideline.

I have an article coming out about this on needto's site. It's about getting a consistant flow of aminos and villi absorption and all sorts of cool stuff. It's the WAY you take in protein that may matter more than anything else.

50-60 grams in each of my shakes(3 per day) I also make a plate of low carb brownies from protein powder and peanut butter(Thanks Southern Lord for that recipe) which I snack on all day plus all my meals bring me in about 320-375 daily.I weigh 175 at 7%bodyfat and I'm almost 57.Seems to work for me

Post it up if u can, sounds tasty

I don't know if an amount is a great indicator, I usually stay between 200g depending on results or lack of, and increase by 20 gram steps. Consistent feeds in small amounts built around activity, recovery, etc seems more important.

I believe it is closer to 40g....approximately 38 gr of protein per meal. Either way, it is good to keep your protein intake above the maximum the body can absorb to ensure max absorption at every meal.
