how much protein?

Get 1-2 grams per lb of body weight a day. Just break that number into 5-6 meals. It doesn't really matter what body part you work. 300grams = 6 meals @ 50g's each
 
IMO, if you have to ask the question "How Much Protein???" then you are not eating enough. Protein rebuilds every tissue from hair to muscles, so what you eat is not being used 100% for muscle, there fore your body requires alot.

On a better note, You will develop a better stomach for lots of protein as you advance your lifting life style. Your body won't stomach 300g of protein right away if you are used to 50g/day. Build your self up, and remember...
