I was burning up 5lbs a month easy 3 shakes a day at 50,then my weight droped crazy so i stoped! Now i do 2 or 3 meal replacements stuff my face and now i grow much better on them then whey...I have found that meal replacement are a better way to go then whey!Id say if you need to burn fat double your whey intake you will melt weight off..My goal is to bulk bulk bulk till i get the weight i want then its cut and maintain...Guess it will be along bulk lmfao...
