used to be 2-4 pounds, i've cut out protein supps and get equivalent results. But they are good for convenience tho.
 
I don't know how many lbs. Are we only counting the protein from packages like the jugs? I think anything over 1-1.5 grams per body lbs. is a waste. Don't forget to count protein from whole foods. They should be the majority of your protein intake. Stuff from a jug should be what it is meant for "supplemental" use.
 
The question is specifically asking about protein POWDER.

I personally stopped using it a few months ago (no particular reason), but I'd say I used to be at 5lbs/month.

Dude, you're gonna loose like tons of muscle. You need at least 387 grams a day - MINIMUM.
