People say to intake 1.5-2 grams per pound of LEAN BODY MASS. Am I thinking too deep into this? I weigh 200, with about 12%bf does that mean i take in 400 grams or calculate my lean body mass and go from there?
Nice, I knew it couldn't be THAT hard to get enough protein. I have no problem but i was just constantly shoving chicken and tuna down my throat....i was taking in at least 400 grams a day.
