Ive heard so many mixed roomers about the ammount of protein one needs when on a cycle. What do you bros think or what works for you guys to get great gains? Also what else should i be eating in order to get alot of mass while on the cycle. I usually crush cans of raw tuna and eat eggs and chicken but should i be takin in lots of carbs also? I have alot of trouble putting on weight and i used to be a stick two years ago before lifting. Should i also take that ginger root i hear you guys talkin about? Thanks guys.
