I am about to get started on a pretty good cycle of gear, and my goal is to gain as much muscle as possible as well as lose a much fat as I can. The first month and a half or so I will be putting on most of the mass and for next month I want to try to cut up. So my question is , How much protein should I try to take in per day. I am 6' 200 lbs and about 10% bodyfat. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks
