I am currently 6'4", 190, 8% bf. Looking to cut while making LBM gains. My diet is extremely clean and consists of 6 meals a day. I am wondering how many table spoons of olive oil I should be ingesting in a day and how I should space them among my meals if the large majority of my fat intake will come from this source. Thanks for your responses bros.
