How much have you ever injected into your shoulder?

i'm looking forward to 2.5cc's in the shoulder soon! it's gonna be a blast, i've never done a shoulder shot before and this seems like it might be on the high side for a shoulder...

i'm just wondering how much yall have done in a shoulder before.
 
I think you're insane for attempting that. On a first time pin to the shoulder no less.

I have never pinned more than 1ml in pecs and delts. I could probably handle 1.5ml in both as long as I have 3 main sites going, but then I get knots everytime.

I wouldn't go more than 1.5ml in the shoulder for your first shot.

That's my opinion.
 
Jeesus Christ mann!! 1 ml injects i nto the shoulder would kill me every time i did them...and b elieve me bro...i have fairly strong well developed delts...in fact they are much better than what you actually see in the avi...

Totally avoidable bro...
 
i have no issues with up to 3ml in delts. i think you should cut your dose in half and pin both the first time and see how you handle that.
 
depending on how deep you put it and how thick your shoulders are you could look like you have a second head growing out of your shoulder.
 
Im with Joe... 3ml or less... Prefer no more than 2-2.5... More often than not I rotate glutes and side delts.. But also hit the quads and bis now and again...

1st time I would not do 2.5cc's, but hey thats just me. Why don't you want to hit gluts or quads?
 
You do realize you can work through a sore ass but not a sore shoulder right? It'll effect almost every upper body movement you do...
 
I had this neat idea of front loading 3 cc's of prop once in the delts............fun times
 
i have some big shoulders so i can fit 2ccs to 3ccs in with no pain or anything. first time ever for delt shots i did 2ccs with no pain i guess everyone is different (test cyp and eq).still wouldnt advise it though
 
Feck, cuz of knots I have always done delt and pec shots np with 1ml. I think I will try 1.5ml in the future since I'm not a small guy.

I tend to disagree with shoulders crippling you, but I guess it depends. I get crippled from quad and ass shots which is why I am leaning towards 3-4 upper body injection sites.

My shoulders get a little sore, but nothing I can't easily push through while training. When my quad or ass swells from a shot I feel like a little girl about to cry trying to get into a deep squat. The hobbling around especially on stairs is sooo much fun too.

I envy you fucks that don't knot up from shots.:evil:
 
ive done 2.5ml. Its not to big of a deal as long as the shot goes smooth. THeres a perfect spot in my shoulder to inject and if im barely off its super sore.
 
i don't want to do my thighs or ass again because i need to let them rest lol. i'm doing eod pins. i'll probably split this first shot up into two like mentioned before. i don't have small shoulders either, besides i'm already planning on focusing on legs/core when i do the shoulder shots anyway.
 
I do 2.5cc routinely in the delts, no knot, no pain. I remember the first few times though, I did get a sore knot for a couple days. I think it's different for everybody. I shot 4cc of B12 in the delt on a dare, and no problem with that either, except it was a little sore for the rest of the day. I think anybody (with enough size) can shoot the delts, once used to it. I'm big, but not huge... Probably average or even small on the EF site.

I tried it in my shoulder once and couldn't lift my arm for a week. I stick in the glut now, some pain for a couple of days, but hell, I can fight through it.
 
i don't really subscribe to the "some sites are better for absorbance than others" school of thought. all i care about is that i minimize scar tissue and have enough time between each site.
 
pinning eod i would hit the 3 main quad areas on each leg, each glute, inner and outer pecs, and delts. that gves you all good sites and plenty of breaks.
 
thanks joe, i'm not sure i want to try pecs yet, but i was thinking about trying the tear drops even though it's probably a bad idea. i'll probly split it up again like in shoulders.

its not a bad idea. pecs sound real pulp fiction like but they usually become peoples favorite site after the first couple pins. they get a little sore the first time but not like calves and lats do.

3 main quad areas? I only know of one, where are the other 2?
