This dude i know that works out with me at the ymca bp's about 280 and he squats somethin like 400 maybe more thats all ive seen him do and he weighs 135 with a bf of 5% and hes in 12th grade. The trainer at the ymca said he should go to some big weight lifting thing that a pro weight lifter is having i know everyones heard of him, cant think of his name though just know hes really big and black. He wasent sure about it so i decided id get on here and ask how good of an idea it would be? This guy doesent look like he can do that much though, but all he does is workout all day long.
And yeah thats what i was thinking maybe a little more than 2 and 2.5 cuz im almost there!
