Hey guys

I was wondering if i could get an estimate of how many lbs a 180lb male would need to lose to see definition, i dont see any at the moment but i work my abs and do lots of heavy (by my standards) lifting

i mean i dont know bf% das the problem, dere is no way of finding it either as im not a gym member i use garage equipment. dont rele wna buy a fat caliper, i know iz like 10% bf though, but im def not that!

thanks

i guess it depends in how much quality muscle you have and then your bf% , i would say that an average guy with a decent amount of muscle would look ripped with a 8-10 % bf, but a person with little or no muscle with 10% bf would not look cut at all.

well got tanned skin, more than average muscle mass but not massive, and just want to see a bit of def around stomach and chest, chest is not dat bad def though

Completely dependent on your bf % and how/where you hold your bf.

Typically, around the 8-10% mark you will have visible abs. Anything below that and you should have a solid six pack.

skin thickness also varies from person to person and that is more what i was talking about although the colour of your skin can make a differance

Generally 10-12% will be a good range but you can have more estrogen receptors in one area as well. So while your abs might be ripped your legs are smoother etc.

Go to your gym and get pulled. It doesn't take long and usually there's an intern or a noob at the front desk that needs the practice.
