I'm currently doing isometric stretching 3 times a week to work on my lower body flexibility for martial arts (I want to be able to kick at head height from the side as well as the front). Oh, and I quite fancy being able to do the splits

I'm using the stretch training advice in Thomas Kurz's Stretching Scientifically book. It's working a treat.
