Last week I did 165 lbs x 6 reps. Felt pretty good. Tomorrow is shoulder day again so I'll go for 170. I'm pretty proud of my progress so far.

I have recently swithed over to standing military barbell and they will humble you.
I have done 130's x 6 seated db's. (shoulders hurt too much to do them now)
315 x 2 seated smith maching, 275 x 4 seated smith

Now I am currently hitting 205 x 6 standing feet together (no push pressing)
Next week I want to try 225 standing and see if I can handle a few strict reps. If I can work up to 275 I will be one happy mofo!
 
I use the 35lb dumbbells (70lbs) for 8-10 reps doing seated presses. Thought I would squeeze in here with all the 200 and 300lb lifts.

I wonder how many of you mF's are lying. I'm nowhere near some of the weight mention here. Most I can do is 205 for 8, but I go all the way down by my collar bone. But I don't use momentum. There is this dude in my gym that had perfect form. Goes all the way to his collar bone as well, slow, for 315 for 6 reps. With help on the last one. Dudes a beast.
 
I hit a PR last week....365 x 7. Cheating military press - some call it the push press, so you're using your back and legs a little, but fuck it. How many people do you know who can lift that much?

and i'm assuming most of these big numbers i'm seein in this thread are seated military, which turns into incline press more or less.
strict form standing picking the weight off the ground i can eek out 225 for 1rep, but i'll never go higher than that i sense my back fixing to blow out
