I have recently swithed over to standing military barbell and they will humble you.
I have done 130's x 6 seated db's. (shoulders hurt too much to do them now)
315 x 2 seated smith maching, 275 x 4 seated smith
Now I am currently hitting 205 x 6 standing feet together (no push pressing)
Next week I want to try 225 standing and see if I can handle a few strict reps. If I can work up to 275 I will be one happy mofo!
