I don't use weights. Around these parts the hottest thing is wall running. You stand about 30 yards away from a brick wall and run into it as fast as you can. This kind of training will make you brick tough.
How much a person a lifts is a useless question really. What may be heavy to me, may be light to you, and vice versa. All that matters is that you get in there, and do the work. A better question would be "How dedicated are you?"....
