My best workouts, which I did just a few weeks ago were 500lbs for 3 sets of 5, 525 for 3x3, 575lbs for a single.
I am a bodybuilder and don't believe in belts and such so no belt were used on these, just some chalk.
625 x 1 - belt and chalk only. In competition with full gear I hope to pull 650+. I can pull either Sumo or Conventional but I do a little more conventional. I'm with BFold, I want to pull 700+.
350 for rep is my best, but damn if it ain't murder on my lower back, i like to stay in the 300 range and do hyperextensions with 100 pounds for 10-15 reps
not a great puller but DEADS are my favorite lift as of late. Pulled 550 at a meet at 215 bw and am going for 585 in the gym soon - gotta love 6 plates on the bar!
Just saw Mark Henry pull 885 x 2 at the Arnold Strongman event this weekend - amazing. Granted, the weights were train wheels, slightly taller than a plate for a higher starting point BUT 885, give me a break!
