Imnotdutch butler monkey Jun 3, 2002 #56 Currently 550lb.......I weigh 206. For what its worth thats clean, no belt......just chalk. With the pins set at knee cap height in a cage I can do partials with 700+........needless to say I'm weak breaking the weight off the floor.
