Guees I should post mine. I weight 240lbs. linebacker type build, 5'11, and bench somewhere in the 350-370 range. Just really getting back into training. My goal is to get up to 405lbs for 7 reps.
 
Well I think the bench is over rated but still a good mass excercise. I am 6 feet tall 210 and my best lift was at 200 and benched 385 on flat bench. I have not maxed since, but I would think I have more in me now given more body weight.

My shit is DLs, love them.

last time i was at 275 for 7 reps and a couple forced, but today im gonna hit 275 for 8 reps and a couple forced no questions asked. 5'10" 195lbs
 
My sets have gone from using 225lbs for 5-6reps to 305lbs. for reps in about three months. Gotta love muscle memory... :)
 
Im 5'8 and have done 400 just short of lockout at 195lbs and 395lbs full at the same bodyweight. Inclines are close behind. Heres my best pic with 400, but not my best attempt. A little more then half way in that pic, spotter grabbed it right where I failed:

I am 5'10 220 higher than I like bf, I am at 275x4 and 295x1 to finish out my workout, I am also starting week 4 of my sust cycle. I'll let you know when I hit 350 in about 7 weeks. PEACE
 
1rm, 310. Flat, no b.s. no bounce, pause at the bottom, no arch.

I'm 5'5" and about 195 pounds at 17% b.f.

Doesn't impress anyone though. what does seem to...

doing dips with 150 pounds strapped around me for 6-10 reps.
 
Best ever was 405 for a single on two separate occaisions. 5'5 @ 168 8%.

Most recently I did 315 x 8: 178lbs @ 7%. I stopped pushing with a bar for 16 months and focused my workouts with dumbbells.

Best ever dumbbell flatbench press is 140 x 6. Currently doing working sets with 120-130 sets of 8-10. 185 @10%....this all pretty weak though I need pick up the pace...my old training partner is squashing me - he regularly talks shit over email :chomp:
 
5'8", 170, 37 years old.

I haven't done a 1rm for about 10 years (that was 340), but these days I can usually rep 275x3.

With that said, Bench is the most over-done exersize in history.

345 at 225 bodyweight, have to compete in 242s, need to get some quality weight on. By the way I am 51 years old.
 
295lbs bench at 180lbs body weight. Height - 5'8"

I don't do flat bench anymore, but I can rock 245 on the inclines. So probably a bit more on flat.

all time best 385 when i was 20 and weighed 180, no shirt, no gear. bench went down a bit since then but chest size is goin up. i hope to beat my Pr after trying the madcow 5x5 routine. i wanna hit 405 so bad, one day, just not today

I havent benched B.B. in a long time, looking to get into it.
I bench 72lbs D.B's. If i started B.B. benching , would i be able to bench more weight than with d.b's?

Weigh in at 165lbs Pretty good shape..

Flat - 245lbs
Incline - 225lbs
Decline - 265lbs

Throwing around 100lb dumbells no problem on flat and decline.. Only hitting up 90's on Incline.

Not bad for a little guy huh.. ??

5'9" 245 lbs 8%bf and dropping. Benck 445 X 2 but I hate training that way so I try to avoide doing one and two rep maxes. I don't think they mean a damn thing. I just want to look like I can do a lot.
 
I'm 175cm, 170 punds and have maxxed at 303. All natural, what do u guys think is this good? The boys at the gym think so.
 
5'11, ~240, still kinda fat tho... best bench was 375x5, best incline was 315x5. I don't usually do declines.
 
anthing over 275 kills my wrists... an advise..??
my forarms are strong.. and i dont bend it to much.. i try to keep them pretty straight.. and 315 is painfull shit.. but it doent stop me :D
