When I first started lifting weights, I was 14 and 160 (extremely skinny). When I was a sophomore, 180. My all time high was 232 (not lean). I recently within the last several months went from 220 to 195. I'd not been sticking to a good workout plan until the last year or so when I got serious. Then in March I got internet access and kept going to these fitness boards and they've really helped.
started training in 9th grade ('83) I was a scrawny 5'7 120 lbs. After I graduated college and joined the navy ('89) is was 6'0 240 lbs. before I went to boot camp. by the time I finished boot camp and BUDs I was back to 6'0 185 lbs. Now I'm back to 240.
185 when I played football in high school. 148lbs when I got back to serious lifting for size about 1.5-2 years ago (cut down from an obese beer- and pizza-fed 235).
When I joined the army at 17 I was 118 then 8 weeks later I was 130! (No weights just lots of pushups and road marches with a ruck sack) But now It's so hard for me to put on any size. I know it has A LOT to do with being female and not having lots of testosterone but I'm working on it. Even after I had my son I got back down to 130. BUT I'm up to 135 and my goal is 140 before I start cutting.
