When i started training back in 96' i was at 5'10'' 150lbs. No shoulders, no arms, no chest, just love handles... After 3 years i stopped working out once i graduated and had to experience the real world. At that point i was 195lbs 10%BF. Started up again 1 year ago and was 168lbs 20%BF. Now i'm back to 198lbs with 11%BF. Thing is once i went back to training my muscles were accustomed to it and grew rapidly with the proper diet and training.
Well...i was like 265 in Gr.11 which is....3.5 yrs ago...200% bf...
Started working out and running...dropped to 230...
Now i am 252...prob at 14-16%....
I was 135lbs at 18 when I started...went to 150 naturally in about a year...went to 175lbs un-naturally in about another year...I am now 25 years old and weigh about 200lbs and have been natural for quite awhile... I had two major set backs with 2 reconstructive shoulder surgeries that were 5 years apart.
just got back into the gym a few months ago at 5'10" 150lbs. then i started going hard in november 01 with a new routine and started taking creatine and protein. now i'm 165lbs and climbing. my body fat has only went up about a half a percent.
