How much Creatine

Load with 21g / day for 5 days, split into 3 doses becasue the most you will absorb at once is 7g, if your lucky. To keep creatine levels constant take loading dosages in the morning, after workouts then before bed.Maintain with 10g / day for the rest of the cycle, 2 dosages of 5g, once in the morning and again after workout.
 
I have tried all methods with creatine and came to the conclusion that 5 grams a day right after your workout or 5 grams before breakfast works just as well as any other method.

Exactly. I've tried loading and "unloading". After eight weeks at 10 grams per day (5 in the am, 5 post workout), the results are the same.
