Hey.I 17,male.I am using GNC Monohydrate(I usually use a diff.brand,due to price,but I ran out so I couldnt wait for it to come in) I drink near 2 gallons of water on workout days,and box daily also. I have some questions-I am not platinum
I didnt load,dont want to.Is it neccesary,I dont think so with my doses
1.How much should I take after lifting?I usually take 10gs after lifting and 5gs after my cardio(boxing)
2.How much should I use on off days(still box/or cardio)I usually take 5gs after that
3.When should I stop using creatine/or could I use it year round?
And when should I begin again(I read 1mo.on 1mo.off)
4.On Mr.x site,I read like 20gs on training days and 5gs on off days?Isnt that overkill,unless spaced out>?
