Sadly, I am anti-cardio. I think you should do as little as you can get away with. The MOST I ever do is three 40 min sessions a week. You will be gaining muscle on this cycle, and that extra muscle is going to burn a lot of calories. Also the juice will direct a lot of cals toward muscle and away from fat. I think you should do minimal cardio(just to keep your heart in shape), and eat as many cals as you can without gaining bodyfat( monitor bodyfat level). Also you may get some estrogenic fat or water subcutaneously, and you should probably consider armidex, or liquidex if you want to stay as lean as possible during this cycle. I am also a big believer in sprint work, as it provides a more favorable workout for the white muscle fiber in the legs, and induces a better hormonal profile than long endurance activity.
