how much anti estrogen on a test/dbol/deca stack

so I did a test/dbol and deca cycle 6 months ago. I put on 20 pounds but it was a lot of fluff and water. Did not run an AI Because some people said you didn’t need to and I was not experienced. Luckily didn’t end up with any serious problems and the water retention went away when I came off cycle.
This time I want to run the same cycle but do it right. How much AI do I need in which one would you recommend? I’m now 182 pounds and five foot seven and I’m 29 years old

If you use any amount above a trt dose then you're gonna start having to introduce an AI to the cycle

hard to say because we dont know your full doses
you do need an Ai like aromasin but would need your cycle clearly

Depends on how much you run. Normally people start with aromasin 12.5mg eod on like 500mg test

There are standard suggested doses but it depends on what your doses are and how estrogen sensitive you are.

The question is (Dosing) if you are more prone to estrogen
1mg ED or EOD if you are not prone to avoid any buildup .5mg EOD or 1md E3D no need to over kill your estro level.
The content you have utilized duration of the cycle if for mass bulk which is very popular stack. Always have AI on hand also PCT after the primary cycle.
